We often work with other consultancy companies and/or organisations to assist them with the undertaking of various projects. Recent collaborations include:
– Working collaboratively with ARCADIS and Transport for NSW to understand and mitigate potential impacts on koalas arising from construction of a proposed highway interchange and stormwater drainage channel located near Six-mile Creek Road in the Port Stephens LGA.
– A long-term study being undertaken in the North Byron Parklands by our colleague Dr. Mark Fitzgerald. This study uses a BACI (Before, After, Control, Impact) designed monitoring program assessing the potential impacts upon birds of various festival events that occur at this location.
– Working with the Conservation Programs Branch of NSW government to develop Koala survey guidelines for incorporation into the Biodiversity Assessment Method.
